"Fabbrica Italiana Boccole Elastiche Torino" was founded in Turin in 1952.
The initial production was based, as implied by the Company name, on the making, on special orders, of elastic bonding in rubber-to-metal (Silentbloc) for the Italian and European automotive aftermarket.
As early as the beginning of the Sixties, production expanded to cover further product types, like engine mounts etc., which are placed directly on the market with their own trademark. Products still consist of some our production items.
At the end of the Sixties, customers recognized position as quality leader in the aftermarket.
The mid Seventies saw the development and production of Antivibration components in rubber-to-metal.
In the light of the experience reached in the difficult sector of the planning and production of elastic components, started the collaboration, still ongoing, of supply and interplanning with companies well known internationally and worldwide.
The sophisticated demands of such prestigious customers, together with the continuous updating of the business, remarkably increased the knowledge and know-how of Fibet.
In 1992, international market demands required a direct presence abroad and as a result Fibet Rubber Bonding Ltd was formed in the U.K..
Year 2000. The state of the art production, our developing recognition as a supplier persuade us to create our first Web Site. By visiting the Site companies can identify from our data sheets all ranges of products capable of producing solutions to their design needs .
